The process should be monitored all the time. If you have old potatoes and want them to get done faster, before putting them on the grill, it is recommended to boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes. Classic grilled potatoes

Wash and dry the potatoes. The tubers are always grilled in their skins
Then pierce the potatoes with a fork or cut into a fan, brush with olive oil and add spices –thyme, basil, dill, marjoram and sea salt. You can put cloves of garlic between the cuts
Wrap the prepared tubers tightly in aluminum foil
Place on a hot grill. Grill them for about 30 minutes
Remember to check the condition of the potatoes in the meantime. Use a long toothpick to check continuously if they are soft enough
Then remove them from the grill and enjoy their taste!
Grilled potatoes with garlic butter
