Avocado with rocket and tomatoes
Ingredients: avocado, tomatoes, rocket, salt, pepper
- Wash the avocados and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, cut it into pieces.
- In a bowl arrange the arugula and season with salt, put the avocado pieces on top.
- Mix everything with cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Season the salad with salt and freshly ground pepper
Sprouts in avocado
Ingredients: radish sprouts, avocado, iceberg lettuce, Parma ham, salt, pepper
- Wash the avocado and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and take out the flesh with a spoon, cut it into pieces.
