Avocado with rocket and tomatoes

Ingredients: avocado, tomatoes, rocket, salt, pepper

  • Wash the avocados and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, cut it into pieces.
  • In a bowl arrange the arugula and season with salt, put the avocado pieces on top.
  • Mix everything with cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Season the salad with salt and freshly ground pepper

Sprouts in avocado

Ingredients: radish sprouts, avocado, iceberg lettuce, Parma ham, salt, pepper

  • Wash the avocado and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and take out the flesh with a spoon, cut it into pieces.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together, season with salt and pepper as desired

Avocado with yoghurt

Ingredients: ripe avocado, rocket, Greek yoghurt, salt and pepper

  • Wash the avocado and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, cut it into pieces.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together, season with salt and pepper as desired
