If the upholstery of a sofa or corner sofa is made of fabric and not leather – you can try using salicylic spirit. However, we recommend that you make a test in an invisible part of the furniture to make sure that there is no possible discoloration of the upholstery (just soak a cotton cloth in spirit and leave it for about 30 minutes). A reliable way to clean a freshly stained carpet made of artificial material is to sprinkle the stain generously with ordinary table salt. After 30 minutes, vacuum the strategic spot. If you still notice some residual dirt, you can wipe it with a damp cloth soaked in water and grey soap.
