Working at a computer, dry air, and air conditioning can cause dry and irritated eyes. How to help dry and tired eyes?

Eye drops and compresses

Eye drops are the fastest and most convenient way to treat tired eyes. You can buy them at any pharmacy, but it is worth to trust proven products. You must not experiment with your eyes. You can make compresses at home. Brewed tea bag, chamomile or cornflower will be perfect. Just brew the essence and put the bags on your eyelids

Gel glasses and eye massage

Available at drugstores and pharmacies, gel glasses are great for tired eyes. Be sure to store them in the refrigerator and apply them chilled. Massage is also a good option. You can do this by placing your index finger on the outer corner of your eye and massaging the area in a circular motion for two minutes. Regularly and properly performed massage will allow for quick recovery of vision.

Prevention

Eye fatigue does not occur without a cause, and as we all know, prevention is better than cure. You should blink more often, especially if you work in front of a computer, and take your eyes off the screen from time to time. Opticians recommend regular supplementation of vitamin A. It is also worth reducing the time spent in front of a computer and a phone to the necessary minimum.
