Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the back of the package and pour off 50 ml of water. Set aside to cool
Wash the fruit thoroughly and remove the stalks. Line a baking tray with baking paper and line the bottom with sponge cakes. Boil the milk, remove from the stove and mix with gelatin
In a large bowl put cottage cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and mix.
Add 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture to the gelatin and milk and mix thoroughly. Then add a few more tablespoons of the mixture and stir with a spatula. Place the mixture in a bowl with the rest of the cheese and mix until smooth.
Add ⅔ of the strawberries to the mixture, spread everything on the sponge cakes and place in the fridge. The cake should set after 30 minutes. After this time, pour out the jelly and put the rest of the strawberries in it. Put the cake back in the fridge.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and set aside. Blend the cheese with a blender. Add cooled butter, eggs, sugar and potato flour. Blend again until the mixture becomes smooth. Line a cake tin with paper and grease it with fat. Put the mixture into the mould and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees
Bake the cake for 20 minutes at this temperature, then reduce to 150 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, then to 120 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. After this time, turn off the oven and leave the cake to cool.

Then add the cottage cheese, semolina, raisins, baking powder, orange peel and cranberries, and process until the mixture becomes smooth. Line the bottom of the cake pan with baking paper, pour the mixture and bake for one hour at 170 degrees. Leave the oven door ajar until the cake is cool.
You can decorate the whole cake by sprinkling with powdered sugar. A great idea is to melt 70 g of dark chocolate and mix it with 70 ml of 36% cream. Pour this topping over the cooled cheesecake
