Spring closet cleansing – why should you do it?

In our opinion, it is definitely worth it to carry out a thorough cleaning of your closet every few months, and spring is the perfect time for this. Take out all your clothes and go through them
There’s no other way to start a spring clean than to take out all your clothes, especially if you have a lot of them and your closet isn’t closing. Yes, yes, you are not alone, this problem affects many women. Schedule your cleaning for a day when you really have a lot of time and take everything out, then go through what you have accumulated thoroughly. Perhaps some clothes need repairing or passing on because you haven’t worn them in a long time? It’s a good idea to regularly get rid of clothes whose only functions in your closet are to lie around and take up space. If you have your clothes divided into autumn-winter and spring-summer seasons, it’s obviously the perfect time to put the former away and take out the latter. Protect the clothes you won’t wear for the time being by storing them in vacuum bags, for example. Take advantage of the fact that you have taken all your clothes out of the closet, and give your cabinets a good wet cleaning and a dry wipe. When it comes to housekeeping, think about scented bags as well, so that your closet has a subtle scent.
Organize your closet space
If your closet is usually a mess, spring cleaning is also a great time to think about organizing it. Maybe you should invest in boxes and organizers, for example? It’s also worth looking at hangers and getting yourself some good quality ones that won’t deform your clothes. You may also want to think about how to arrange your clothes – by color or dividing them into those for home, sports, work and outings. Such an arrangement will certainly make it easier to put together your daily outfits, so your outfits will be well-thought-out and coherent. Intense shades such as orange, fuchsia and green are currently on trend, so it’s a good opportunity to add some bold colors to your closet.
